108 Yunlin County Beigang River and Xinhuwei River Key Monitoring Station Total Mass Daily Loads, Water Pollution Reduction, and Water Quality Survey Project

The main objectives of this project are to analyze the environmental background data of the Beigang river basin and the Xinhuwei river basin in Yunlin County, to understand the distribution and trends of river pollution sources, and to assess the pollution load of the river basin, including point source and non-point source pollutions. Through the water quality model of the river and the water quality sampling test results, the water quality model verification work is carried out to assess the overload of each pollutant, and the control strategies and criteria pollutants of the key monitoring station reaches are planned and developed, and further assist in promoting the river pollution remediation evaluation project. During the implementation of the project, the environmental background data of the Beigangi river basin and the Xinhuwei river basin have been collected and analyzed, and the trend analysis of the water pollution source emission characteristics and emission data changes has been carried out. According to the relevant projects of the previous years and the water quality test results of the project, the water quality changes of Beigang and Xinhuwei river are analyzed, and the recommended criteria pollutants for pollutants have been proposed; Collect and summarize the river pollution remediation strategies and related work execution results over the years and analyze and propose relevant strengthening measures and strategies; For the Beigang, Xinhuwei river tributary drainage and other large drainage basins, the river water quality sampling has been carried out 100 points and the river water quality model verification and related analysis have been carried out; For the assessment of river pollution remediation in Yunlin County, the water quality improvement of key stations in the first 1-3 seasons, the estimated cumulative reductions, and the results of the 108 assessment results have been calculated and submitted. And invited relevant personnel and assessment units to handle the work review meeting 4 times, and completed the emergency water quality testing work and assisted in the release of water pollution prevention and control related news 1; currently the project work items have been completed up to 100%, have reached the contract schedule.
